What to see

On your weekend away or longer trip you can of course simply let yourself wander through the city streets and squares, taking in the Gothic and Renaissance architecture. The Old Town includes Rynek Główny (Europe’s largest market square), while the Western Quarter has a very modern and lively feel about it. And you really mustn’t miss out on the glorious delights of Wawel Castle.
